Basse Taille Enameling

Date: Feb 3 -5, 2023 Time: 10am to 5pm daily Location: Rectangle Gallery, 209 N Tower Ave, Centralia, WA 98531 Basse Taille is an enameling technique where a pattern or texture in the metal is clearly visible below the enamel. In this three day class you will create a silver clay textured pendant and learn how to apply and fire gorgeous enamels. Topics will also cover the use of warm color enamels such as reds, yellows, pinks and purples. The fee for this class includes instruction, use of enameling tools and supplies, and the enamels for the project. It does not include metal clay tools or metal clay. A supply list will be provided.
