A 50% deposit is required to schedule the class. Please review the cancellation policy before registering. In order to become a Senior certified instructor, you must have successfully completed the Level One Certification or the Crossover Certification. This course is designed to provide advanced knowledge of Art Clay and prepare you to teach certification courses. The curriculum consists of six different projects and covers a wide variety of techniques. Some of the techniques include creating a perfect mirror finish, making a box with a fitted lid, bezel stone setting, carving techniques, and much more. The registration fee includes the use of all necessary tools and equipment, as well as a kit of consumable materials such as Art Clay Silver and gold. The fee also includes an intruction book that will be yours to keep. I provide the instruction and education; however, it is Art Clay World, USA who approves and certifies instructors into the Senior Instructor community by reviewing an application and examining a selection of 3 pieces of original work. The student has 30 days after the completion of the class to create the three evaluation pieces. The pieces submitted must reflect the techniques and skills the individual learned during their Art Clay education, as well as the ability to creatively design original pieces while following guidelines. A non-refundable $200 application fee is also required from anyone submitting for Senior Instructor status. This is paid to Art Clay World and is not included in my class fee.
